Water Pressure Regulator

There is one rule you can always count on: Sooner or later, everything breaks.
I know this is true because every toy I’ve ever played with ends up popped, snapped, torn, or split. It’s not my fault. They just don’t make dog toys like they used to.
The rule is especially true when it comes to an RV, most of which are slapped together with cheap parts left over from neighborhood garage sales. The plumbing is prone to burst connections when subjected to excess water pressure common to household or commercial water systems which can exceed 150 psi. RVs on the other hand can handle only 40-50 psi. For this reason it’s important to use a water pressure regulator when hooking up at a campground.
Aware of this issue, my humans purchased the Ouleme Water Pressure Regulator from Amazon after reviewing the 4.5 star reviews it has received. Out of 170 ratings, most people were satisfied. But imagine our surprise when our regulator broke the very first time we used it. I could tell it was broken by the very loud words coming out of my man human’s mouth as he threw it on the ground and barked at it. I’ve heard a few of those words before, usually when something that’s supposed to work doesn’t work anymore, or when I won’t stop yelping at the FedEx delivery guy.
It’s ironic how the thing that was supposed to keep our plumbing from breaking ended up broken. Needless to say, I’m giving this particular regulator One Paw. It fails the Sniff Test because it stinks!
P.S. We ended up buying a less fancy regulator—it’s half the price and works just as well—with no parts that can break!
